Privacy policy

The controller of personal data on buildwith.it is Nicolas Woroszyło, a private individual. Contact for anything related to your data: support@buildwith.it.

Data: project goal, description, budget (optional), name or company name, email address.

Purpose: replying to your enquiry and, if you wish, preparing an offer or contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and, for further correspondence, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: answering enquiries).

Retention: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless we sign a contract (then for the term of the contract and the limitation period for claims).

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply.

When you open the site, the hosting provider (Vercel) records technical data of the request: IP address, date and time, the address you opened and browser information. Purpose: delivering the site and keeping it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

With your consent we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics: which pages are viewed and where visitors come from (including AI assistants). It sets no cookies. A visitor is recognised by a hash of the IP address and browser details that resets every 24 hours, so you cannot be tracked across days or other sites. We see aggregate figures only.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time below; withdrawal does not affect measurement made before it.

This site uses no cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your consent choice (local storage), so we do not ask again on every page.

Vercel Inc. (hosting, statistics), Resend (sending emails from the contact form), Google (the mailboxes enquiries are delivered to) and a person who works with the controller on handling enquiries. Providers process data on our behalf, under data processing terms.

Vercel, Resend and Google are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the mechanisms of Chapter V GDPR: the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies, or standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw consent. To use them, write to support@buildwith.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
